the receptionist assisted with a room change due to mobility concerns, i then got upgraded. a waiter at breakfast was very friendly and chatted with us. the hotel decor had high standard with attention to detail and cleanliness throughout all areas was apparent.

my room door had a problem. it would not close without slamming it.

The room was very clean and well presented. I found a good selection of hot drinks. The staff were all very friendly. Bar food was tasty. I also appreciated the good fluffy towels.

The restaurant provided yummy food for breakfast and dinner. It was clearly popular both evenings. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me. Every corner sparkled. there were enough power sockets in perfect spots, really convenient. excellent free wifi plus a comfy chair and desk made working easy!
